This initiative is designed to attract ambitious individuals in the Basingstoke and Deane area seeking a rewarding career in recruitment.
Led by our Head of Learning & Development, Chelsea Caplin, Edison Futures is seeking Sales individuals eager to join a company with commitment to success. The Edison Smart Recruitment Academy boasts a proven and tailored training program that focuses on growing and nurturing the next generation of recruitment professionals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are looking to build a worthwhile career without any previous knowledge or experience in the sector. If you are competitive, able to think outside of the box, and have a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!
Our last intake brought in Beth Herbert. Beth came from an Estate Agency background and after just two short months has already been promoted to a 360 Consultant – boasting sales figures to match some of the more seasoned recruiters!
We also brought in Lewis Miller from Woking, who came to us with some previous recruitment experience but has also after two short months, already begun to carve a name out for himself within the Cloud sector across the globe.
Both Beth and Lewis agreed that attending the Edison Futures day has skyrocketed their careers and put them both in a position where the sky really is the limit!
