AV Access, manufacturer of Pro AV and AV-over-IP products, introduced its eShare W90 4K wireless conferencing system at InfoComm Asia 2025 in Bangkok last week. According to Bill Liao, CTO of AV Access, “The system streamlines meeting setups and enhances overall experiences.”
The eShare W90 4K wireless conferencing system helps users connect and control a meeting setup’s audio, video, screen sharing, and devices using a single USB-C cable, eliminating the usual tangle of cables and power blocks. AV Access states the all-in-one interface makes meetings hassle-free, enabling video and audio transmission, network access, and 65W laptop charging from one device.
The system supports connection with two large displays via dual HDMI outputs at up to 4K resolution. AV Access has also integrated a new quad-view mode, allowing users to display up to four different content sources on one screen simultaneously. This enables comparisons of multiple proposals side by side and presentations with a number of participants’ devices viewed at the same time, without needing to switch inputs or screens. The device offers data transfer speeds of up to 5Gbps.
Users plug in and press a button to connect wirelessly to USB conferencing devices, like AV Access’s BizEye P30 dual-lens AI tracking webcam, pairing the eShare W90 with the eShare D30 USB-C dongle. The same is possible with other third-party USB devices, so users can start their meetings with a minimum of hassle. Plug-and-play setup helps reduce setup time, declutters meeting rooms, and eliminates any need for technical support being at hand.
The eShare W90 supports wireless screen sharing through AirPlay, Miracast, and AV Access dongles, so users can cast content to dual displays from different devices. The system also supports separate guest and internal networks via dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, safeguarding sensitive company data from visitors and third-parties.
InfoComm Asia 2025 also saw AV Access showcasing its full collection of new AV technologies, including the plug-and-play KIP200 HDMI over IP system, the 4KVW24 2×4 4K video wall processor, and the iDock series of KVM docking stations.
