On Tuesday 20th of February, Edison Smart had its first 2024 Edison Futures intake! Our incredible Head of Acquisition, Jade Vincent, and Head of Learning and Development, Chelsea Caplin, hosted a day packed with fun activities, tasty treats, and were on the hunt for new talent.
The day kicked off with a warm welcome to everyone, setting the tone for what was to be an engaging and productive experience. Highlights included our “Apprentice style” interviews, where we didn’t just look at skills, but also how well candidates can think on their feet, collaborate, and show leadership potential. We also held speed date style 1-2-1 interviews with our Co-Founder and Team Leaders.
These interviews weren’t just about checking off boxes – they gave us real insight into each candidate’s personality and how they’d fit into our teams. After careful thought, we’ve offered spots to three outstanding individuals from the talented bunch. They bring a mix of skills and experiences that will help us to continue to grow Edison Smart.
