Since joining Edison Smart in July 2023, Ross has played a central role in the establishment and expansion of the Dubai office. His leadership has enabled the business to deliver exceptional results, expand its client base, and build a reputation as a trusted recruitment partner across the region.
Edison Smart’s Middle East operations are set to triple in 2025, reflecting the success of Ross’s strategic direction and the collective efforts of the Dubai team. The office has experienced significant growth in headcount and, due to increasing demand, has relocated three times within the past year to accommodate expansion.
