BAS Account Executive – Phoenix
I am hiring a driven Account Executive to manage client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive sales performance. If you’re passionate about building partnerships and closing deals, this role could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to long-term account growth
- Build strong client relationships and deliver post-sales support
- Identify new business opportunities and present tailored solutions
- Meet sales targets and support regional operations
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management within BAS
- HVAC equipment and BAS Controls understanding/experience
- Degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Compensation:
$80,000–$120,000 base salary + 20% bonus incentive
