Smart Buildings Account Executive
I am currently partnered with a leader in the Smart Buildings SaaS space, who are looking for a highly driven and motivated sales individual with an established background in the Building Automation (BAS)/real-estate technology market, as well as having prior experience dealign with enterprise level clients.

My client is a leading real estate tech company driving to further explore how great their impact in the Smart Building industry can be. Although a tech company, they highly value the human element that is felt throughout the whole operational chain as one of the key traits of their identitiy to partners and clients.
Their product is one of the most intuitive, easy to use real estate software products that enables sustainability, operational efficiencies and comfort. In doing so, providing the most seamless experiences for everyone interacting with the building. They have worked with government agencies, large enterprise corporations, REITS, and anchor institutions to ensure that all of them have a technology platform that is at the forefront of technological innovation.
About the role:
- As an Account Executive you will partner with key and targeted opportunities to reach and exceed sales levels.
- Recommend product solutions to meet customer demands.
- Must prove the ability to create Partnering opportunities with key decision makers within the industry.
- Must show the ability to plan and implement customer presentations, oversee Account profiles, monitor competitor activity and establish clear and concise messaging to prospective clients.
- Promote SaaS Smart Buildings management platform to exisiting and target clients, whilst working against a sales target.
Required experience:
- Proven SaaS sales experience, in addition to wider BAS/HVAC Controls or Mechanical sales background or exposure
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets & quotas
- Exisiting or prior relationships managaging and dealing with enterprise relationships
- Strong exisiting knowledge of enterprise customers within the Seattle market
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent presentation skills, proficient both individual & group
- Experience in navigating complex verticals: healthcare, CRE, GSA
Benefits:
- $120k-$150k base salary
- up to $250k OTE
- Home-office based, with customer travel in and around Boston
