Building Automation Systems (BAS) Controls Installation Technician
Responsible for installing conduit, wiring, relays, and field devices according to Mechanical and Automatic Temperature Control schematics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Route control wiring in accordance with industry standards.
- Install conduit and associated fittings to meet professional guidelines.
- Mount and connect controllers, sensors, and other end devices.
- Diagnose and resolve wiring and termination issues on-site using appropriate testing equipment.
- Utilize standard tools and instruments commonly found in the direct digital controls sector.
- Follow directions provided by the team leader or supervisor to help ensure project efficiency.
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and partner organizations.
- Perform duties in outdoor environments, including exposure to local weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year Building Automation/HVAC Controls or relevant experience required.
