Are you a skilled BAS Programmer looking to join a growing team in Waller, TX? We’re a trusted Building Automation Contractor delivering cutting-edge, energy-efficient building control systems—and we’re looking for someone like you to help us build smarter facilities.
What You’ll Do

• Program, configure, and commission Building Automation Systems (HVAC, lighting, and energy management).
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement control strategies.
• Integrate third-party systems using BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, or other standard protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field.
• Ensure all work complies with project requirements and industry standards.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of BAS programming experience (e.g., Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, etc.).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control logic.
• Familiarity with networking, low-voltage systems, and field device integration.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and control schematics.
• Self-driven with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
