BAS Project Manager | Northern Virginia | Building Automation | $125k – $140k
We are seeking an experienced Building Automation Project Manager to lead complex mission critical projects in Northern Virginia. This is a unique opportunity to join a top-tier controls contractor delivering high-performance BAS solutions for data centers and other mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of BAS project delivery: planning, execution, and close-out
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, field technicians, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Maintain client satisfaction and compliance with mission critical standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing BAS projects (Distech, Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell, etc.)
- Experience with mission critical environments (e.g., data centers) is required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and control systems
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
