Edison Smart are partnered with a growing business based in Washington DC & Northern Virginia who work within the Data Center project sector who are looking to hire a Building Automation Systems Project Manager / BAS Project Manager.
Base Salary: $110,000 – $150,000

Responsibilities:
- Administering and organizing Building Automation / Construction projects
- Managing project phases including proposal, design, solutions, installation, and close
- Preparing project documentation such as requirements, schedules, equipment plans and field office support
- Leading or assisting in project kick-off meetings
- Scheduling resources to maintain the project schedule
- Creating baseline vs. actual resource reports
- Conducting site surveys, cost studies, forecasts, and progress reports
- Collecting progress data for both self-perform and contractor work
- Monitoring project scope and performance against the plan to ensure adherence to cost, budget, schedule, and scope variances
Qualifications
- MUST have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
