Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and maintain BMS systems, including HVAC, lighting, and energy management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BMS-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Provide technical support to clients and assist with system design and integration.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform system upgrades and modifications as required.
- Conduct regular system testing, reporting, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BMS technology trends and advancements.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a BMS Engineer, with a strong understanding of building automation systems and HVAC controls.
- Knowledge of BMS programming languages such as Tridium Niagara, Schneider Electric, or Honeywell.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and clients.
- Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
