About the Role: As a BMS Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and optimising BMS and HVAC control systems across client sites in the Brisbane region. You’ll work directly with end-users and facility teams to ensure systems are running efficiently, identify faults, and recommend solutions that improve energy performance and occupant comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled maintenance and reactive service on BMS and HVAC control systems.
• Diagnose and rectify faults, perform system tuning, and carry out minor upgrades.
• Provide technical support to clients and ensure clear service reporting.
• Optimise building performance through data analysis and BMS fine-tuning.
• Maintain strong client relationships through professional, solution-oriented service.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in BMS servicing, commissioning, or support.
• Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls, Tridium, Honeywell, or Alerton.
• Trade or tertiary qualifications in Electrical, HVAC, Mechatronics, or similar.
• Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage service call schedules.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and full working rights in Australia.
