You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. Your primary responsibilities will involve building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and converting leads into satisfied customers. Key Duties and Qualifications:

  • Must have Building Automation / Controls
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas
  • Identify, progress, and close product sales
  • Conduct product demonstrations both in-person and online
  • Forecast weekly, monthly, and annual sales while maintaining a reliable pipeline
  • Client Relationship Management: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback on our products or services
  • Build and nurture long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments
  • Evaluate opportunities to enhance sales, customer satisfaction, and retention

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3 year of Sales experience within a HVAC / Building Automation industry
  • Passion for sales, creativity, and an eye for business opportunities
  • Knowledge with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • Familiar with maintenance / service agreements

The ideal candidate would have extensive Account Management or Service/Maintenance Sales within building automation & HVAC Controls.

The ideal candidate would also have an established network of system integrator and relationships in the Phoenix, AZ area.
