Our client is transforming the realm of data management and analytics by introducing an innovative cloud data platform specifically tailored for petabyte-scale datasets.

We’re in search of skilled Customer Success Engineers to join our team and aid in delivering outstanding solutions that cater to each customer’s distinct needs. This role is technical and hands-on, requiring a comprehensive understanding of the ecosystem.

Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with customers to help them utilize the platform for real-time stream ingestion, transformation, storage, querying, and data visualization, along with working with various cloud technologies that support the platform.

Your primary focus will be on delivering top-notch support, integration, and professional services to customers within a fast-paced, diverse environment. You’ll collaborate with customers and partners, establishing trust as their advisor, assisting them in achieving their data goals, and enhancing their time-to-value.

Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve technical issues encountered by customers, closely engaging with them through channels such as Slack, Hangouts, and Email
  • Lead and execute customer projects, ensuring successful deployments, integrations, and configurations that meet their expectations
  • Offer technical guidance, support, and best practices to customers in leveraging the platform to achieve their data management and analytics objectives
  • Design and create visually appealing dashboards and reports using Grafana and other tools, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and performance optimization
  • Contribute to the development of product documentation, technical guides, training materials, and blogs to facilitate customer onboarding and foster self-service capabilities


Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Grafana (or similar visualization tools), encompassing dashboard creation, templating, and alerting
  • Proficiency in SQL, including query writing, query optimization review, and handling large datasets
  • Strong grasp of data management principles, including data ingestion, transformation, and storage in distributed systems
  • Familiarity with Linux, Kubernetes, and Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
