About the Role Seeking an experienced FAE Manager to lead the North American team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive technical support and customer engagement, playing a critical role in expanding our sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to provide technical support and develop customer solutions
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and satisfaction, impacting revenue growth through pre-sales and post-sales support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their technical needs and business goals
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and engineering teams to align FAE activities with design targets, product roadmaps, and market trends
  • Coordinate with HQ’s Customer Success and R&D teams to ensure clear communication and resource allocation
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to FAEs to enhance their skills and customer engagement capabilities
  • Drive customer feedback to inform product development, prioritization, and service improvements
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings to promote our semiconductor solutions and gather market intelligence

Requirements

  • Location: Remote position with travel to HQ several times a year and regular travel within the US (~25%)
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of success in semiconductor solution selling as an FAE and 5+ years of managing a high-performing FAE team
  • Deep technical knowledge of semiconductor products, applications, and industry trends
  • Strong understanding of HW & SW to debug issues, define solutions, and engage customers on their AI systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving customer success and satisfaction
  • Innovative and adaptable, proactively exploring new ideas and quickly adjusting to change

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with edge AI solutions and architectures
  • Knowledge of ML tools and coding languages
  • Experience with AI Frameworks (E.g. Pytorch, TF)
  • Understanding of the AI edge inferencing market and applications
