Fire & Service Senior Sales Executive
Dallas, Texas
$125,000 base with OTE of $145,000- $155,000 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Relationships: Identify and engage potential customers on products, service agreements, and related solutions through prospecting, follow-up calls, and targeted marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with clients at all levels to understand their goals and ensure our services align with their facility needs. Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals, estimates, and specifications.
  • Close Deals and Drive Growth: Develop comprehensive sales proposals, present solutions, and drive the closing of sales. Once the deal is signed, ensure seamless handoff to operations and continue to support clients post-sale to grow their service agreement renewals.
  • Enhance Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering ongoing business. 
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Manage the full sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation. Focus on customer retention and growth through value-driven service solutions.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years in sales, account development, or consulting within the commercial fire protection, life safety, or construction systems industries.
  • Strong knowledge of fire and life safety systems, including fire alarm systems, sprinklers, suppression, and other related technologies
  • Familiarity with industry codes and standards (NFPA, IFC, IBC, CMS)
  • Proven track record in estimating and selling technical solutions and service products
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing construction and end-user accounts
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
