Freelance SCADA Commissioning Engineer – Romania – 12-Month Minimum Contract
Edison Smart are supporting a major renewable energy provider in delivering a portfolio of large-scale solar projects across Romania. As part of this, we’re looking for an experienced SCADA Commissioning Engineer to join on a freelance basis for a minimum 12-month engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SCADA implementation locally across multiple solar PV sites
- Commission SCADA systems
- Support integration, testing, and handover phases
- Ensure compliance with site and project requirements
Required Experience:
- Proven track record in SCADA commissioning on utility-scale renewable energy projects
- Hands-on experience in solar/PV environments
- Strong technical understanding of automation and control systems
- English-speaking and comfortable working across Romanian project sites
Location: Romania (with site travel required)
Start: ASAP
Type: Freelance/Contract
