Edison Smart is partnered with a growing game studio based in Saudi Arabia who are looking for a part-time HR Specialist to join their team. This is a remote role ideal for an Arabic-speaking HR professional with strong knowledge of Saudi labor law. You’ll be working closely with the studio’s founders, helping manage HR operations so they can stay focused on building great games.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR processes are compliant with Saudi labor regulations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and general employee relations
- Manage HR documentation and administrative tasks
- Provide guidance on HR best practices and legal requirements
Requirements:
- HR experience within Saudi Arabia
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi employment law
- Fluent in Arabic; English is a plus
- Able to work independently, 4 hours per day (Sunday–Thursday)
