About the Role Are you an experienced B2B sales professional with a passion for IoT, 4G/5G networking, and smart connectivity solutions? A leading European distributor and value-added reseller in the IoT and wireless communication industry is seeking a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in Belgium.
As a Sales Manager – IoT Solutions, you will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint across Belgium and the broader Benelux region. You will drive new business, manage key accounts, and promote a wide portfolio of wireless hardware, mobile broadband connectivity, and managed services used across industries such as logistics, security, construction, retail, and public services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of IoT hardware (routers, gateways, sensors), mobile broadband solutions (4G/5G LTE), and managed connectivity services.
- Develop a scalable sales strategy to grow the company’s presence in Belgium and nearby regions.
- Identify, engage, and close deals with channel partners, system integrators, MSPs, and enterprise customers.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners by providing best-in-class account management and pre/post-sales support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, marketing, and logistics to deliver tailored solutions.
- Represent the brand at industry trade shows, networking events, webinars, and partner training sessions.
- Track market trends and competitor offerings to adjust strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B technology or telecom sales, ideally within IoT, mobile networking, or wireless solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the Belgian market and existing network within sectors like telecom, security, logistics, or IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of IoT use cases, remote device management, M2M communication, or mobile broadband technologies.
- Goal-oriented with a hunter mentality – able to identify and close new business opportunities autonomously.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, digital sales platforms, and working in a hybrid/remote team environment.
- Willingness to travel
