As a Support Associate for IoT, you’ll be the main contact for partners, resellers, and customers, offering support on 4G/5G networking and IoT products. You’ll also assist in pre-sales activities and projects, using your technical knowledge to support sales. Acting as a product expert, you’ll address technical questions and help translate customer needs into product solutions. Your ability to work independently and focus on customer service will ensure effective support delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and advice via phone and remote access
- Manage cloud platforms from various vendors
- Configure routers and SIM cards within the product portfolio
- Carry out on-site installations in the Netherlands
Experience & Expertise
- Completed MBO-level education
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Organizational skills and ability to follow structured processes
- Strong understanding in IT, Telecom, and new technologies like 5G
- Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus
