As Partner Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted guide for new and existing partners—leading onboarding, enabling adoption, and ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions. You’ll own the post-sale journey, building strong relationships, solving technical challenges, and identifying opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full onboarding process from signed contract to service activation.
  • Deliver 1:1 and group product walkthroughs, portal training, and setup guidance.
  • Provide responsive, solutions-focused support via chat, email, and video calls.
  • Monitor partner usage and engagement, proactively addressing churn risks.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on partner needs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer—sharing feedback with sales, product, and operations teams to improve the partner experience.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in IoT, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), customer success, onboarding, or account management—ideally in IoT or telecommunications.
  • Knowledge of SIM/eSIM activation, account provisioning, and partner enablement workflows.
  • Familiarity with cellular network technologies and the IoT ecosystem (OEMs, MNOs, connectivity platforms).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into plain language.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and follow-up skills.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, MS 365, and modern ticketing systems.
