A global leader in HVAC and building technologies is seeking a Regional BMS Sales Manager to drive growth across Southeast Asia. This is a strategic role suited for a results-oriented sales professional with deep expertise in building automation systems (BMS) and a strong regional market understanding.

Their Southeast Asia operations are expanding, and this role is key to leading their BMS sales function across the region.
Role Overview: Reporting to the Regional Director, the Regional BMS Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for BMS solutions across key Southeast Asian markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead regional sales strategies to grow market share in building automation.
- Manage and mentor country-level sales teams and partners/distributors.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, developers, and end-users.
- Drive solution-based selling focused on energy efficiency, smart building integration, and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and service teams to tailor offerings to customer needs.
- Lead bid/tender processes, contract negotiations, and pipeline management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of BMS or Building Automation sales experience, ideally within a multinational environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of BMS platforms (e.g., Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in driving regional sales growth in Southeast Asia.
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to travel across the region as required.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
