Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead – IoT Connectivity | Remote USA
About the Role
Edison Smart is partnering with a leading IoT connectivity company to hire a Sales Development Representative TL. This is a remote position in the U.S., ideal for candidates with IoT, telecom, or connectivity sales experience who are eager to grow in a high-demand technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting into enterprise and channel accounts across North America.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through cold calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Channel Managers on sales strategies.
- Track pipeline, activities, and metrics using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IoT, telecom, or connectivity solutions sales (required).
- 1–3 years in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales role.
- Strong background in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (SalesLoft, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Excellent communication and discovery skills.
