Overview:
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to help expand their presence across the UK. In this role, you’ll play a key part in nurturing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and delivering connectivity solutions that keep customers ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of business clients across multiple sectors.
  • Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, becoming their first point of contact for all requirements.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within existing accounts, driving upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Oversee the complete sales process from prospecting to contract closure and ongoing support.
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to design and roll out bespoke solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date pipeline information and meet or exceed agreed sales targets.
  • Represent our client at customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to help shape service enhancements and new offerings.

About You:

  • Background in B2B sales, preferably within telecom, connectivity, or related technology services.
  • Proven record of hitting and surpassing sales goals.
  • Excellent at building long-term client relationships and managing multiple accounts effectively.
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage your own workload and deliver results independently.
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating in a supportive environment.
