Sales Manager, Bay Area
Location: San Jose, on-site + sales travel
Salary: 150,000-200,000 USD Base + Commission and Stock Options
Edison Smart (ES) is partnered with a growing hardware acceleration solutions provider, particularly SmartNICs (Smart Network Interface Cards) and DPUs (Data Processing Units), designed to optimize data center performance.
Searching for a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead new business acquisition and sales, focsuing on the Bay Area and surrounding regions.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities in the data center and AI acceleration markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise, cloud, and OEM customers
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to align customer needs with the DPU/SmartNIC solution
- Lead sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in the HPC Industry, selling Data Center compute acceleration technology or similar
- Strong understanding of SmartNICs, DPUs, and/or related infrastructure technologies
- Relevant rolodex of target businesses within Sotrage, Networking, AI ect Applications
