Regional Sales Manager
Location: South Korea
Reports To: VP of Global Sales
Overview An exciting opportunity to lead sales growth in one of the most innovative sectors in technology—AI and semiconductors. As Regional Sales Manager for South Korea, you’ll play a critical role in expanding market presence, building key customer relationships, and driving revenue across a highly strategic region.
This role is ideal for a driven, tech-savvy sales leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and meet revenue targets in South Korea.
- Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with SoC and semiconductor clients, delivering tailored IP solutions.
- Sales Execution: Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—with a focus on long-term value.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and actionable insights to inform strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align customer solutions.
- Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of AI-driven and IP-based technologies to clearly communicate value.
- Competitive Awareness: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adapt and refine sales strategy.
- Travel: Travel across South Korea to engage with clients and attend relevant events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the semiconductor or technology industry.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with IP licensing and contract-based revenue models is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Korean and English.
- Ability to manage complex sales processes and multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
