Location: Tampa, FL
Full-Time | Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 per year + Uncapped OTE

Are you a results-driven Sales Executive with experience in HVAC controls, retrofit solutions, and maintenance contract sales? Join our growing team in Tampa, FL and help commercial clients modernize their facilities, reduce operational costs, and ensure long-term system performance.
About the Role In this role, you will lead business development efforts focused on HVAC controls retrofit projects, building automation upgrades, and preventive maintenance contract sales. You’ll collaborate with facility managers, building owners, and contractors to deliver tailored solutions that improve building efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities for HVAC controls and service agreements.
  • Conduct site evaluations to assess existing systems and recommend retrofit or upgrade strategies.
  • Promote and sell maintenance/service contracts to support ongoing system performance and client ROI.
  • Develop proposals with support from engineering and operations teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across multiple sectors.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC controls or building automation sales.
  • Proven success in retrofit projects, commercial upgrades, and maintenance/service contract sales.
  • Familiarity with leading BAS platforms such as Tridium, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens, or Schneider Electric.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, building operations, and energy management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
  • Self-starter with a consultative sales approach and ability to manage a full sales cycle.
