Houston, TX based System Integrator looking for a Senior Controls Technician with an immediate start!
Responsibilities:
Complete technical competence using KMC Controls and the ability to resolve or guide others through very complex problem resolution. Customer interaction is in-depth and proactive to include a complete understanding of current systems working within the Niagara Framework and the foresight to recommend and plan for enhancements.
Licence certifications preferences and other requirements:
- Valid driver’s license / Clean driving record
- Experience or certification with KMC Controls / Distech Controls and/or Honeywell
- Programming experience with BACNet
- Experience Installing, Commissioning, Servicing and Programming Building Automation Systems (BAS) / HVAC Controls
- Experience or certification Tridium Niagara
- Years of experience doesn’t play a huge factor for this Senior level position. They are looking for someone who is proactive, hardworking and looking to elevate their career and take it to the next level
