We’re seeking a Senior Manager – Regional Field Marketing to join our high-performing team in Singapore.
In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll act as the key marketing point of contact for the Asia Pacific region, supporting regional business teams and tailoring global assets to fit local market needs and customer preferences.
You bring a growth mindset, a customer-first perspective, and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional marketing initiatives that drive demand and strengthen our regional presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly planning and execution of regional marketing strategies and programs.
- Drive proactive collaboration across regional and global teams, while maintaining a centralized repository of marketing assets and insights.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Regional Marketing Director, identifying operational challenges and tracking progress.
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-touch campaigns aligned with sales goals.
- Conduct stakeholder mapping, competitor analysis, and intelligence gathering to inform planning cycles.
- Research and implement country-specific demand generation strategies tied to growth targets and KPIs.
- Apply consumer insights to shape regional positioning and refine our customer value proposition.
- Deliver high-impact, omni-channel campaigns to support demand generation and pipeline acceleration across key markets: Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, China, and Australia.
- Liaise with multiple agencies and manage the creation of compelling content, including thought leadership, executive messaging, blogs, and social media assets.
- Own campaign execution from inception through to delivery, in close alignment with regional sales teams.
Who You Are
- A seasoned field marketer with 10–12 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region, ideally from a global organization (Service Provider, OEM, or Agency side).
- Experienced in working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and executive leadership to align KPIs and strategies.
- A strong communicator and presenter with the ability to manage virtual, cross-cultural teams.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
- Proficient with sales and marketing automation platforms, ideally Salesforce.
- Capable of managing agency rosters and leading performance-driven campaigns.
- Passionate about customers, solutions, and the fast-evolving dynamics of the APAC market.
- A versatile marketer who can balance strategic planning with agile execution across segments and verticals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related Business discipline.
