Senior Project Manager  – Data Centers – 50-75% travelling required                                                                            
 
Key Responsibilities

  1. Industry Leadership & Thought Contribution
  • Drive innovation by developing and implementing industry-leading practices.
  • Actively engage with professional societies and standards committees.
  • Contribute to public knowledge through white papers, presentations, and training initiatives.
  1. Business Development & Client Success
  • Lead business development efforts by actively selling services and delivering strategic projects.
  • Leverage industry networks to generate new business and support opportunities for colleagues.
  • Support sales initiatives, including proposal development and resource planning via Salesforce.
  1. Internal Capability Building
  • Develop and refine the DC quality system and service delivery frameworks.
  • Contribute to internal training, knowledge repositories, and service enhancements.
  1. Project & Operational Support
  • Assist project managers in client meetings, documentation review, and adherence to GDP.
  • Participate in budget and schedule tracking, resource planning, and site-based activities.
  1. Strategic Leadership & Engagement
  • Support the Director of Operations in key client engagements and strategic planning.
  • Maintain strong billability while providing leadership-level contributions across projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, or 10+ years of experience in data center commissioning, facility engineering, or facility management.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in relevant fields preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with design reviews, system start-ups, HVAC, electrical systems (medium/low voltage), LEED, facility auditing, DC infrastructure, and UPS/back-up systems.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel across Europe and potentially internationally.
