About the Opportunity
A fast-growing global technology company in the IoT space is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with strong outbound skills and leadership potential. This role starts as a hands-on SDR focused on high-impact prospecting and pipeline generation—but for the right person, there is a clear path to quickly grow into a player-coach Team Lead role.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting across global markets (EMEA, APAC, Americas) using personalized outreach, sequencing tools, and AI-powered strategies.
- Help build scalable prospecting strategies rooted in ABM and performance data.
- Work closely with marketing and regional sales leads to align on ideal customer profiles and campaign targeting.
- Monitor outreach performance, improve messaging, and contribute to continuous testing and iteration.
- Leadership Growth Path: As success is demonstrated, take on coaching responsibilities, support onboarding of new SDRs, and gradually evolve into a player-coach Team Lead.
- Bring new ideas, tools, and techniques to the table to keep outreach ahead of industry standards.
✅ Key Qualifications
- 2+ years of outbound SDR or BDR experience in IoT connectivity
- Proven success in cold outreach, qualifying leads, and building early-stage pipeline
- Highly organized and self-directed, with a data-driven mindset
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar
- Strong communicator with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and growing others
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Ambition to grow into a team leadership role while staying hands-on
