Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Manage and grow a portfolio of North American B2B accounts.
- Act as the primary customer liaison, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upselling, renewal, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Sales Execution
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Recommend tailored solutions that align with each client’s procurement needs.
- Collaborate across departments—purchasing, logistics, operations—to ensure seamless execution.
Customer Engagement
- Conduct regular outreach through email, phone, and video meetings.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for strategic engagement and relationship building.
Team Collaboration
- Partner with business development, marketing, and sales leadership to align on strategy.
- Share customer insights and competitive intel to inform broader sales tactics.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in inside sales, technical sales, or account management, ideally in the electronic components or hardware distribution industry.
- Proven success managing B2B client relationships and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative selling style.
- Strong CRM proficiency and comfort using digital sales platforms.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (10–15%).
