Job Title: Subsea Connectivity Sales Manager

About:
We are looking for an experienced Subsea Connectivity Sales Manager to drive sales and presales activities for advanced subsea cable and international capacity solutions. This role will focus on developing and managing commercial opportunities, building strong relationships with key customers, and providing technical expertise to deliver tailored connectivity solutions that support mission-critical communications infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales and presales process for subsea capacity and international connectivity solutions.
- Engage with telecom operators, large enterprises, and technology partners to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Develop and deliver high-quality technical and commercial proposals to address customer requirements for capacity planning, route diversity, redundancy, and service level expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact for technical discussions during the sales cycle, coordinating with internal engineering, network planning, and commercial teams.
- Manage contract negotiations for long-term capacity agreements and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
Required Experience and Skills
- Saudi National with proven experience in sales and presales within subsea cable systems, international capacity, or related network infrastructure.
- Strong technical understanding of subsea connectivity, including cable system design, landing stations, interconnection points, and capacity management.
- Track record of successfully developing new customer relationships and closing complex network or capacity deals.
- Excellent commercial acumen with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Background
- Experience working with telecom operators, network carriers, or digital infrastructure providers in the region.
- Familiarity with international capacity agreements, SLA structures, and redundancy design best practices.
- Knowledge of regional subsea landing sites, data center ecosystems, and interconnection points is an advantage.
