Talent Acquisition Lead – Can support relocation across the USA – Miami based

The Company

• Edison Smart are currently supporting one of the largest Data Center Constructions businesses from across the world who have projects in the APAC region, North America and Europe.

The Role

• Edison Smart are currently in the search for a Talent Acquisition Lead to support the business growth specifically within it’s Data Center division
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes including sorucing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation
• Maintain pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing.

The Requirements

• Must have Data Center recruitment experience (minimum of 2 years)
• Ideally worked within internal Talent Acquisition
• Stong knowledge of ATS platforms
• Can support relocation across the USA
• 5 days per week in office in Miami
