PTM (Project Technical Manager) – Initial 12 months – Up to €90 per hour – Onsite pressence required – Ingolstadt – 

The PTM is responsible for managing industrial projects from initiation to post-launch support. This includes defining project scope (products, technologies, locations), coordinating timing and milestones, and overseeing cost, quality, delivery, and maintenance (QCDM) objectives. The role ensures effective competency transfer from Product Groups to Regions/Plants, contributes to process and layout design, and participates in sourcing and supplier selection. The PTM supports building specifications using standard tools (e.g., Generic Factory Design), manages local team coordination, and ensures rigorous application of project governance systems like IPRoM and IVC. They oversee setup, transfers, ramp-up, and first deliveries, ensuring alignment with customer timelines. Additionally, the role includes resource planning, stakeholder communication, and performance reporting.

Key requirements:
• Is responsible for project management, timing, coordination

• Develop and transfer competencies from PG to RO/PL and sites within his perimeter

• Participate to processes definition taking into account industrial layout

• Define projects perimeter: products, technologies, location

• Participate to sourcing committee, pre-Soco, Soco, building, suppliers …

• Define and validate standard panel suppliers

• Define and pilot projects timing and milestones

• Define building standard specifications, included related documents, using the Generic Factory Design package

• Support sites to define building specifications related to specific project

• Assure projects management with local teams (in order to project requirements)

• Define and manage projects costs and savings

• Support IARs on industrial projects with local teams

• Ensure the proper and rigorous IPRoM use & efficient governance (IVC) on the applicable perimeter

• Organize and manage the resources and support necessary to reach objectives in terms of QCDM

• Assure with local teams, the set up, physical transfer, ramp up activity, SOP … related to the projects until customers first deliveries + 2 months

• Evaluate resources and necessary supports to reach the projects objectives

• Taking care of reporting, feedback and project management
