I’ve been in recruitment for 10 years, three of which were spent running my own small agency. When I was pitched the opportunity to join the Edison Smart team, it was a no brainer.

I bring integrity and calmness to my clients’ hiring processes. I get real joy from helping candidates land exciting new roles and helping companies make strategic hiring decisions. Put simply, I love my job and feel blessed to do it.

Outside of work, I spend time with my family, my rescue dog and my church community. I’m also the manager of Alton FC’s U18s youth team.
