Hi, I’m Ella! I launched my career in estate agency before making the leap into recruitment, a field I had always aspired to join.

When I started at Edison Smart, I had no prior recruitment experience, but my strong background in customer service gave me a solid foundation. Fast forward three years, and I’ve earned four promotions, progressing from Delivery Consultant to Principal Consultant in the connectivity space.

Thanks to Edison Smart’s incredible support and training, I had the opportunity to relocate to Dubai, where I’m now driving growth in the APAC and EMEA connectivity markets.
