I have worked in the IT industry for over 10 years in a variety of roles, starting from support and moving my way up to Scrum Master. My career as a Scrum Master was cut short due to redundancy so I took the opportunity to start my own residential lettings company. It was during this time that I discovered how much I enjoyed building and maintaining relationships and partnerships with my customers, so when the opportunity to join Edison Smart came up, I jumped at the chance to take my experience and knowledge gained within IT and customer care and apply it to Recruitment!

My role within Edison is to find the perfect candidate for the clients we partner with, ensuring that everyone is happy, supporting both sides through every step of the recruitment process.

Outside of work, I enjoy kickboxing and running. I find a good workout helps me to relax after work and I’m currently training for a Half Marathon to raise money for charity!
