Having worked in the recruitment industry for over 10 years, it’s fair to say I’m pretty passionate about it! No two days are ever the same and I love the variation of my role as the HR & Operations Manager at Edison Smart.

My role is to enable and support business growth by providing HR, operational and administrative support, alongside managing our internal recruitment plans. I joined Edison Smart because our values and vision for the future were a perfect match. Cultural fit, respect and having the ability to learn and grow is really important to me.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family. I’m a proud mum to my little trouble-maker, Georgia who likes to keep me on my toes! When time allows, I enjoy traveling and exploring new places and cultures.
