Hi, I’m Jay, and I’ve joined Edison Smart as the Global Contracts and Compliance Manager. I have 10 years’ experience within the recruitment industry, with a strong background in Compliance, Contractor Care and Sales Support. In my new role, I’ll be focused on strengthening our compliance function, streamlining processes, and providing support across the contracts team, clients, and contractors.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and a mum to two teenage daughters, Mia (17) and Ellie (13). We love travelling as a family, exploring new places, and doing fun road trips. I mostly spend my weekends at cheer competitions or being a taxi service. But when I do get some spare time, I like to see friends and go for nice dinners/ drinks.
