Hi,  I’m Pav, I joined Edison Smart with 18 years of experience within the recruitment industry. After 8 years of doing a hands-on “Recruitment” role, I changed direction and moved into training, learning & development, and this has been my passion for the last 11 years. I have completed the CIPD foundation course for trainers & Level 3 CIPD in Learning and Development and most recently completed a CIPD course, Leading L&D. I would describe myself as bubbly, hardworking, resilient and approachable.

Outside of work I’m a proud mum of two amazing kids who keep me on my toes! My 8 year old son, Zac, is a tech enthusiast with an impressive knack for PowerPoint and Excel. He’s already showing me up with his skills! My youngest, Mya, is a spirited 3 year old with a cheeky personality and plenty of sass. She is definitely a daddy’s girl.
