Edison Smart are partnered with a growing HVAC and BAS Contractor located in Salt Lake City who are looking to hire a BAS Controls Technician to join their growing team

Responsibilities:

·        Install, program, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building automation systems,
·        Conduct testing and commissioning of BAS systems to ensure proper functionality 
·        Develop, modify, and optimize control algorithms, sequences, and setpoints using software tools
·        Diagnose and rectify faults, alarms, and malfunctions in BAS components and system operation
·        Provide technical support and assistance to building owners, facility managers, and end-users regarding BAS operation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
·        Coordinate with other trades, contractors, and project stakeholders during installation, retrofit, or upgrade projects involving BAS integration with other building systems such as HVAC, lighting, security, and fire alarms.
       
 
Desired:
·       Tridium Niagara / N4 Certification
·       Available to start immediately or at short notice
·       Programming capabilities
·       Understanding of integration / software platforms.
