This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to join a world-class team at the forefront of building automation and smart controls technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, configure, and network DDC (Direct Digital Control) control systems for advanced building automation solutions.
- Create and update red-line drawings for as-built documentation.
- Integrate DDC graphics and animations to enhance user interfaces.
- Commission, test, and troubleshoot control systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct test and balance commissioning to verify system operation.
Candidate Requirements
- Tridium Niaraga Certification
- Experience with the controls such as Honeywell, Lynxspring, Distech, Daikin etc
- Service-driven attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
- Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, BAS (Building Automation Systems), and HVAC systems.
- Proficient in interpreting and applying MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) plans and specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear technical documentation.
- Experience working with technical drawings and/or computer graphics.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
