About the Opportunity
A fast-growing SaaS disruptor is transforming the telecom landscape with a next-gen platform that empowers carrier sales teams to accelerate growth and unlock recurring revenue. We’re looking for a Director Channel Sales to take ownership of the indirect sales strategy—building, scaling, and energizing a partner ecosystem that puts this innovative product at the center of telecom sales teams across the region.
This role is ideal for a strategic builder who thrives in fast-moving environments, knows what it takes to activate and retain channel partners, and can lead with both creativity and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Build & Lead Channel Program: Design and scale a structured partner program with clear tiers, incentives, and engagement strategies to drive indirect sales performance.
- Team Leadership: Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing channel team focused on partner success, enablement, and engagement.
- Partner Enablement: Deliver regular training, resources, and proactive support to telecom sales reps to boost deal volume and upsell activity.
- Engagement & Activation: Drive consistent partner communication, webinars, and campaigns to maintain product visibility and rep mindshare.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the partner journey, track performance metrics, and optimize incentive ROI.
✅ Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience owning and scaling successful channel sales programs in IoT Connectivity, SaaS, or similar B2B sectors.
- Proven experience leading partner-facing teams and building high-impact engagement strategies.
- Strong grasp of indirect sales mechanics, channel psychology, and partner lifecycle management.
- Skilled at launching and iterating on campaigns, incentives, and enablement tools that drive measurable results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, partner portals, and marketing automation tools.
- Self-directed with a startup mindset—comfortable working autonomously in a growth-stage environment.
