Edison are acitvely looking to hire a a skilled and motivated BAS (Building Automation System) Field Supervisor to join our client’s team in Salt Lake City.
In this role, you will be responsible mentoring and guiding installation subcontractors, ensure seamless coordination of projects and maintain adherance to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complex automation installation projects on-site, including both new construction and retrofit initiatives.
- Manage projects across various sites along the Wasatch Front and throughout Utah.
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach.
- Analyze scope changes, assess priorities, and manage project deadlines, ensuring seamless project delivery across varied geographical locations
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in the HVAC controls industry, including commissioning DDC systems, software integration, operation, calibration, and pneumatic controls.
- Skills: Proficiency in Automated Logic WebCTRL software tools and field circuit debugging is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction industry, particularly in mechanical and electrical fields.
- Technical Abilities: Ability to read and comprehend mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, WebCTRL, and various operating systems.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to complete jobs on schedule, self-motivation, and achieving full customer satisfaction.
