Location: Remote, based anywhere in Australia
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy across Australia and the broader APAC region, with accountability for revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Build and manage a high-performance sales pipeline, exceeding sales targets and contributing to long-term commercial success.
- Drive strategic business development, identifying and converting enterprise-level opportunities across key verticals.
- Analyze market trends, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning to adapt and refine sales strategy.
- Deliver insightful market intelligence to guide internal product development and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain C-level relationships across enterprise and government customers.
- Structure and close high-value, complex deals by articulating technical solutions into clear business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise sales and business development, ideally in satellite communications, IoT, or telecoms.
- Proven track record in selling technical or connectivity-based solutions into Oil & Gas, Utilities, Transport, or Maritime sectors.
- Strong network of enterprise clients across Australia or APAC is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and close multi-million dollar deals.
- Highly strategic with a hunter mentality and strong execution capability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a commercial, client-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business or related discipline (MBA preferred).
- Fluent English required.
