We’re looking for an experienced .NET Technical Team Leader to join our dynamic team and lead the development of cutting-edge platforms in the Forex and Financial Trading domain.

In this leadership role, you’ll drive the architecture, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade trading systems, payment gateways, and back-office platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development using C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, following clean architecture and SOLID principles.
• Architect and manage RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring security, modularity, and scalability.
• Oversee system integrations with MT4/MT5 trading platforms and third-party payment providers.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, production-ready .NET solutions.
• Set and maintain high standards for performance, security, and availability in mission-critical financial systems.
• Supervise real-time debugging and production support using .NET diagnostic tools and logging frameworks.
• Promote engineering excellence through mentorship, code reviews, and best practices in CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), automated testing, and deployment.
• Mentor 15-20 developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce CI/CD and testing best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 10+ years of .NET development experience with expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven leadership in managing development teams and end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong expertise in MS SQL Server, performance tuning, and database design.
• Domain expertise in Forex, financial trading, or high-volume trading systems is required.
• Skilled in third-party API integration and secure payment gateway development.
• Solid understanding of trading flows, order execution, liquidity, and account systems.
• Strong grasp of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and clean, testable architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills in high-pressure environments
• Based in Dubai or open to relocation 
• Available to join within 30 days (maximum).
