Senior Operations Engineer – oneZero & Trading Infrastructure

We’re hiring a Senior Trade Operations Engineer with expert-level oneZero experience.
This is a mission-critical role within our client’s trading operations team in Dubai. If you’re a trading systems expert who lives and breathes oneZero Hub, bridge architecture, and low-latency connectivity — we want to hear from you.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the oneZero Hub setup: routing logic, bridge configuration, liquidity pools, volume bands, and failover architecture.
- Configure and support trading platforms including MT4/MT5, cTrader, and other execution systems.
- Maintain real-time connectivity with LPs, prime brokers, and internal systems via FIX, APIs, and bridge integrations.
- Lead deployment and testing of new products, instruments, and platform upgrades.
- Monitor trade execution quality, latency, and system stability — and respond fast to anomalies.
- Build monitoring and analysis tools using Excel, SQL, or Python.
What We’re Looking For
- Must-have: Extensive hands-on experience with oneZero, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting in a live trading environment.
- 5+ years in trading operations or systems engineering. Ideally at a Forex/CFD brokerage or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of MT4/MT5, cTrader, and FIX protocol.
- Deep understanding of market microstructure, order routing, and liquidity management.
- Technically strong: Excel (advanced), with scripting or data skills (SQL, Python) preferred.
- Comfortable working independently in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
