About the Opportunity
Edison Smart is partnered with a fast-growing global technology company is hiring a results-driven Territory Account Executive to spearhead enterprise B2B sales across Germany. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role suited for a strategic new business hunter with a proven background in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or CDN sales.
This remote role requires exceptional sales acumen, a solid network of enterprise buyers, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven sales environment. You’ll be empowered to drive full-cycle sales and build long-term customer value across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting to closing new business with enterprise customers.
- Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy to meet aggressive growth targets.
- Lead consultative sales engagements focused on cloud services, SaaS platforms, and network security.
- Partner with internal teams and external channel partners to deliver tailored solutions.
- Host and participate in demand generation activities such as webinars, lunch-and-learns, and client events.
- Build a robust pipeline, manage forecasting, and report accurate sales metrics using CRM tools.
- Present business cases and negotiate commercial terms with IT and procurement stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud computing, edge delivery, SaaS, and enterprise networking.
✅ Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B tech sales, with a focus on SaaS, cloud, networking, or CDN services.
- Demonstrated success in new business development and complex sales cycles.
- Strong network within enterprise organizations across Germany (public & private sectors).
- Fluent in German and English—essential for client communication and internal collaboration.
- Skilled in remote work, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), pipeline management, and closing high-value deals.
- Ability to independently manage field sales in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: technical background or previous roles involving cloud platforms, edge networks, or cybersecurity.
